CAROLINA REAL ESTATE SERVICES (CRES) was established in 2001 as Carolina Commercial Real Estate. When Paige Kennedy purchased the company in 2013 she added a residential real estate division and the company morphed into Carolina Real Estate Services (CRES). CRES offers assistance in Business Brokerage, Commercial Leasing, and Commercial and Residential Land and Property Sales.
In 2016 CRES added a design division which provides home staging and interior design services. The company is passionate about all aspects of real estate and continues to grow, improve and provide clients with all the services they need.
From selecting, negotiating and purchasing the ideal office space, to designing a professional lobby for your business; CRES is here to assist clients. The corporate office is located in Murrells Inlet, SC, but CRES represents Buyers and Sellers in many areas of South Carolina.

After graduating from Clemson University, Paige moved to Hilton Head Island, SC and immediately began a career in real estate. In 2001 she settled in the Murrells Inlet/Pawleys Island area and continued her real estate career. She purchased Carolina Commercial Real Estate in 2013 and added a residential real estate division and staging/interior decor services.
As the Owner and Broker-In-Charge of Carolina Real Estate Services and Carolina Commercial Real Estate, and with over 25 years of real estate experience, she continues to improve her skills to better assist clients. Paige feels that every transaction provides an opportunity to learn. Through continuing education, she focuses on updating her skills in an ever-changing market. Her position requires both continuous communication and confidentiality. Paige’s favorite quote is “You have two ears and only one mouth for a reason.”
Paige is passionate about all things real estate and is always looking for motivated, professional, hard-working individuals to add to an already incredible sales force. CRES offers residential real estate, commercial real estate and staging-interior decor services throughout Horry and Georgetown Counties. Paige also works with clients in the Columbia Area; assisting with staging and home decor updates.
