CAROLINA REAL ESTATE SERVICES (CRES) was established in 2001 as Carolina Commercial Real Estate. When Paige Kennedy purchased the company in 2013 she added a residential real estate division and the company morphed into Carolina Real Estate Services (CRES). CRES offers assistance in Business Brokerage, Commercial Leasing, Commercial and Residential Land Sales, Commercial and Residential Property Sales and Commercial Property Management.

In 2016 CRES added a design division which provides home staging and interior design services. The company is passionate about all aspects of real estate and continues to grow, improve and provide clients with all the services they need.

From selecting, negotiating and purchasing the ideal office space, to designing a professional lobby for your business; CRES is here to assist clients. The corporate office is located in Murrells Inlet, SC, but CRES represents Buyers and Sellers in all of South Carolina.
